Process of application

The application for a license must be submitted in writing and under oath, following the form specified by the Commissioner.

• It must include the name and address of the applicant.
• The application should also list the name and address of each agent involved.
• If the applicant is a corporation, the application must include details of every officer and director.
• Additionally, it should specify whether the license is sought for the sale of foreign currency notes, the transmittal of money, or both.
• The application is required to provide any other information deemed necessary by the Commissioner.
